PROJECT: VRAIE IDEA - LOGO
Using the principles of co-design, IDEA (Inclusive Design for Employment Access) and VRAIE in French (Vision radicale pour l’accès inclusive à l’emploi) designs, develops solutions for enhancing recruiting, hiring, onboarding, retention and promoting persons with disabilities in employment opportunities, working to eliminate barriers for people with disabilities.
We developed a bilingual logo that shows the human-centered nature of the organization combined with the positive imagery of a check mark, and a forward moving shape representing progress.
